Whether it be in Union Square or Blue Hill shoppers are trying to find fresh makeshift farmer's markets to find the finest organic food to serve at their next dinner party.
Its just not for the Lower East side hippies anymore, even the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is serving down to earth specialties on their menu. Many restaurants are now substituting their steroid pumped food for something a little more earthy...as it is the new trend.
