40 minutes late starting but worth the wait, Phillip Lim delivered a stellar performance of crepe madras and sponge silk. Expect to see a Phillip Lim dress on the cover of Vogue as heavy hitting pieces will soon be used for shoots to come. Soft ruffles of pink and antique white were pared with shrunken leather bomber jackets, creating the perfect match of girly punk.
Favorite looks included Pink Silk organza Baile zipper dress, Black silk organza deseo zipper tank, pink cante zipper mini skirt and the grey sequin tuxedo vest.
Who was front row? Juliette Lewis, Leighton Meester, Emmy Rossen.
This could of been our favorite show, perhaps because the clothes were beyond stunning while also very wearable. Or maybe it was because we managed to snatch up Anna Wintour's goodie bag!!!!! As we sat third row we tumbled down to Anna's seat, knowing that she didn't want to be bothered with extra baggage. Not only was our 3.1 Phillip Lim cotton tote bag touched by Anna, it also had some remarkable finds inside too! Gifts bags have been lackluster at best, but this one had over $140 worth or Nars make-up, Aveda products and a "Save the Garment Center" black tee. Yay!!
