One that stands out in particular is Lupa located at 170 Thompson street, open late making it a perfect spot for your after party elixir. Mario Batali opened Lupa with the intent of having Roman Trattoria fare. The taste of old ancient Rome brought fine wines, exotic ingredients and fashionable sauces and Lupa is no different. The inspired menu offers an artisan selection of animal odds and ends served skillfully in the homey dining room nestled in the West Village.
