Have a Picnic

If your stuck in the city this weekend and not on a beach or in your private yacht in the Hamptons, you can still feel like you are in the Hamptons by having a picnic in either Bryant or Central park. One way to make your afternoon somewhat enjoyable as you are surrounded by thousands of pesky, non fashionable tourists is having your picnic catered by Pera located near Bryant park. Pera is a Mediterranean Brasserie which features Picnic baskets known as"Movable Feasts."

The baskets are only $21 per person and contain roasted whipped eggplant, chicken brochettes, pistachio baklava and lots of hummus.
