Pleasantly Surprised in Brooklyn

Its Friday, so that means dining out night! Here's a restaurant from the other side of the pond....Brooklyn.

Surprisingly Brooklyn holds some great restaurants that are half the cost of what you pay when you are dining on the other side of the bridge. So let your snob guard down and try Moutarde-a French flavoured eatery, who is known for their mustard selections.

Diners can enjoy a palette of mustard's served on a ceramic tray presented with an assortment of breads and vegetables. The prices are very inexpensive (wine too!!) and the menu is strong, serving steamed mussels with Chorizo or grilled salmon with honey-mustard sauce. The Fifth Avenue aesthetic of Moutarde plays well into their French themed interior.

When your there Don't forget to try the strawberry and banana mustard flavours too!

239 Fifth Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11215
