As my fridge is filled with shoes these days due to the Atkins diet I am on, in preparation for fashion week of course, I find myself craving bread on day 5 of my high protein whirl.
Last night to stop myself from ordering a large pizza and eating it in one sitting ,we opted to dine at Public (this weeks haute restaurant choice.) I ordered a Watermelon, feta and basil salad with pumpkin seeds and shichimi with was surprisingly filling and quite good, with a side of Grilled asparagus with lemon miso dressing.
The bill came to under thirty dollars which brought us to the assumption that we were the cheapest diners there last night.
